Online General Level Yoga Class. Please make sure you have everything you’ll need before the start of the class. (Yoga mat, blocks, belt etc) Once you have booked your class on my website your Zoom class link will be sent to you on the evening before the morning of the class. Please make sure the level of the class you are booking is suitable for your level of experience and practice. Refunds or class exchange will not be given for any classes missed after the initial booking. Bookings are always taken on a first come / first served basis. It is always important to let your yoga teacher know if you have any health conditions that may affect your yoga practice prior to booking.
