Foundation Yoga Courses:
A six week course designed for complete beginners
Level 1:
For beginners and those who wish to consolidate their practice at this level.
Suitable for beginners and students with up to two years experience
Level 2:
For students of Iyengar Yoga who have been attending Level 1 classes regularly for at least two years
(Classes at this level may last from one and a half hours to two hours. Please check the website)
Level 3:
For students who have been attended Level 2 classes for a minimum of 2 years and who also have a regular home practice
Also for students interested in learning more challenging Asanas and Pranayamas taught at this level.
Classes usually last two hours.
General Level:
A mixed level class, for students with over 1 year practice and for more experienced students
Please note all live classes will be taught on Zoom
until normal classes start back again at the studio
